High Strength & Low Elongation: The tensile strength of aramid fiber is approximately 5 times that of steel wire of the same mass, while its elongation is only 20%–25% of that of nylon or polyester fibers. This results in minimal tension requirements during operation and excellent resistance to loosening.


Lightweight: Compared to steel cord conveyor belts, aramid belts reduce weight by approximately 25%–30%, which significantly lowers drive energy consumption.


Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Aramid belts remain stable in chemical environments containing water vapor, acids, alkalis, and minerals. They do not suffer from strength degradation due to corrosion, ensuring a longer service life.


Superior Impact & Tear Resistance: Especially when using a straight warp and weft structure, the belt can evenly disperse the impact from large lumps of material, greatly enhancing its durability.


Single-Layer Structure Design: Typically constructed with a single-layer aramid carcass and thinner top and bottom rubber covers, the overall belt is thinner and highly flexible, making it easy to bend around smaller pulleys.
