In general, it is wise and economical to use a Tear Resistant Textile Conveyor Belt when the temperature of the carried material exceeds 60℃ (140˚F). Two types of Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belts are available, depending on the temperature and the nature of material. They are widely used for transporting cement, coke, sintered ores, soda ash, fertilizers, and other high-temperature materials.

Structure
The transverse reinforcement is placed on both sides or just one side (steel wire, steel cord, fiber cord, or textile fabric).
The belt body is made of reinforced rubber covered with a rubber layer.
The Transverse Reinforcement Type Conveyor Belt is made up of left and right twisting cables, which are evenly distributed and longitudinally on the belt.

Benefits
High resistance to extreme impacts loads
Low elongation of the working load results in trouble-free operation
High tear resistance
Outstanding load support and troughability
Excellent longitudinal flexibility
The mechanical splicing is excellent
The carcass is protected by a special fabric or steel mesh
Application Scenarios
Mining, Quarrying and Aggregate Processing
Used for transporting ore, crushed stone, gravel and other sharp, heavy materials efficiently to processing plants. Belt transport helps prevent belt tearing caused by impact or rough edges thereby making daily operation more reliable while decreasing unexpected shutdown risk.
Cement and Building Material Industry
This belt conveyer system is specially designed for use with limestone, clinker, sand, slag and other abrasive materials in cement plants and building material production lines, offering buyers more durable conveying solutions where belt wear, tear and frequent replacement are common concerns.
Coal Handling and Power Industry
Coal handling systems are widely employed across coal mines, power plants, bulk coal transfer systems with long operating hours or heavy loads to improve conveying reliability while decreasing maintenance pressure for buyers who require steady line performance.
Ports, Terminals and Bulk Material Handling
These systems are utilized in loading and unloading systems for coal, ore, grain, fertilizer and other bulk cargoes to help customers maintain efficient material flow while decreasing belt damage risk during high volume operations.
