PVG solid woven fire resistance conveyor belts are non-metallic composite industrial conveyor belts featuring PVG cover and a solid woven polyester fabric carcass. They are widely used for bulk material handling in underground coal mines, as well as in the metallurgy, chemical, and power industries.
① Continuous Process Optimization: Both the plate vulcanization method and the extrusion molding method have their respective advantages. The plate vulcanization method produces cover rubber with a high rubber content (≥70%), offering superior elasticity and abrasion resistance; the extrusion molding method results in minimal loss of core strength, lower energy consumption, and higher efficiency. Both processes are being developed in parallel.
② Upgraded Cover Compound Formulations: We are continuously optimizing nitrile rubber modification formulations to enhance abrasion resistance, low-temperature resistance, and weather resistance, thereby adapting to a wider range of mining and industrial operating conditions.
③ Higher Strength Grades: PVG belts are now certified up to 2800S (Grade 14), and R&D for products with even higher strength grades will continue to advance.
④ Integration of Smart Technology and Monitoring: Future PVG belt products will gradually incorporate sensors and online monitoring technology to enable real-time monitoring of conveyor belt operating conditions and early fault warning.

The above data complies with standards such as MT914, BS3289, and HG2805. The safety factor for selection is 10 (breaking strength × 1/10). It is recommended to use a smaller drive pulley diameter to match the belt's good flexibility. |

With three core technical advantages - high-strength integral core, highly elastic rubber cover, and dual safety protection against fire and static electricity, PVG flame-retardant conveyor belts have become indispensable material handling equipment in underground coal mines and other flammable, high-risk environments. Their excellent performance in humid conditions, greater adaptability to steep conveying angles, and longer service life have gradually established them as the most widely used mainstream product in the market for integral-core flame-retardant conveyor belts.
Choosing a PVG flame-retardant conveyor belt that complies with standards and has passed rigorous safety certifications means establishing the most robust safety barrier for your mine.
