Premium Tube Conveyor Belt is new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses (Fabric, Steel cord and etc.) As skeletons, they use high elastic, anti-abrasive, and high strength rubber for the working surface. They are mainly used in conveying powdery and granular materials and etc. that are pollute to the environment. When working, the rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pope shape, folding the materials and realizing the process of enclosed conveying.

Working Principle of Pipe Conveyor

• Form the belt into a closed pipe shape through the roller stations
• Convey materials in a sealed pipe structure to reduce dust and spillage
• Open the belt again at the discharge point for smooth unloading
• Return the belt to the loading section for the next conveying cycle
